How to Apply to Post Secondary Institutions in BC and Ontario
To apply to BC Post Secondary Institutions, please go to the website: www.applybc.ca
You will need your PEN number to complete the application and a credit card to pay for the registration fees which can range from $40-$80.
To apply to Ontario Post Secondary Institutions, please go to the website: www.ouac.on.ca
Online Post Secondary Institution (PSI) Transcript Submission
Student's PSI selections must be submitted by April 30 for interim transcript information to be forwarded to BC and Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC) Institutions in May. For final transcript information to be sent to PSIs by July 31, students must submit their PSI selections by June 30th.
Students can access the online form by logging into the Student Secure Web (SSW) site:
www.bced.gov.bc.ca/exams/tsw/tsw/student
For students who are applying to Universities/Colleges Outside BC and Ontario:
You may require an interm paper transcript. Please go to the Main Office about requesting a paper transcript. Also, students who are applying to Career Programs at the Colleges may require a paper transcript prior to May.

Application Deadlines
February 28th is the application deadline for most public BC post-secondary institutes. UBC has a deadline of January 31st. Be sure to check out the website of the post-secondary you are interested in for up-to-date information and the program prerequisites.
